DK Goldengate Ventures is a private real estate lending firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We fund short-term residential real estate projects — fix-and-flip renovations and new construction — across the United States.
We are a boutique operation by design. Our investor network is intentionally small and personal. We know our developers and investors by name, and that creates a level of mutual accountability that simply doesn't exist in larger funds.
Every deal we fund is secured by real property. Every developer we work with is personally vetted. We don't take on deals we're not confident in.
